In this license, the Dr. Myatt Academy of Learning Inc. is the Licensor and is referred to as the “Academy” and the user is referred to as the “Licensee”.
You agree to abide by these License Terms at all times.

We will not knowingly license the Learning Materials to a minor. If you are a minor in your country of residence, your parents or legal guardians will be bound by these License Terms.

Your Rights

You have a non-exclusive and non-transferable right to use those Learning Materials that either you or your parent or legal guardian selects from the Platform. These Learning Materials will be listed on the Subscription Receipt.
You have the right to use the Learning Materials for a period of one year from the date of purchasing the Learning Materials.
You may use the Learning Materials solely for your personal educational purposes.
If you are a parent or a legal guardian of a minor child, you may use the Learning Materials solely for the personal educational purposes of your child or children.

Your Duties

Other

You understand and agree that we have the intellectual property rights over all the Learning Materials.
These License Terms will be governed by the laws of Province of New Brunswick (Canada).
If you do not follow these License Terms, we will have the right to take legal action against you.
