Definitions
- “Learning Materials” means teaching videos, original stories, worksheets, graphic files, documentaries and all other materials provided to you from time to time.
- “Third Party” means any individual or person (including a corporation) other than yourself.

Your Rights
- You have a non-exclusive and non-transferable right to use those Learning Materials that either you or your parent or legal guardian selects from the Website. These Learning Materials will be listed on the Subscription Receipt.
- You have the right to use the Learning Materials for a period of one year from the date of purchasing the Learning Materials.
- You may use the Learning Materials solely for your personal educational purposes.
- If you are a parent or a legal guardian of a minor child, you may use the Learning Materials solely for the personal educational purposes of your child or children.
Your Duties
You will only use the Learning Materials as authorized by the Terms of Use.
What You Cannot Do
- You may not sublicense or otherwise distribute the Learning Materials in any manner whatsoever.
- You will not use the Learning Materials for any commercial or business purposes.
- You will not distribute the Learning Materials or any information included in the Learning Materials to any Third Party without our prior written approval.
- You may not download, distribute, reproduce, sell, transfer, publish, disclose, display, or make available the Learning Materials except as specifically authorized by the Terms of Use.
Other
- You understand and agree that we have the intellectual property rights over all the Learning Materials.
- These Terms of Use will be governed by the laws of Province of New Brunswick (Canada).
- If you do not follow these Terms of Use, we will have the right to terminate your subscription immediately or, in extreme cases, to take legal action against you.
